Your new role
You will be responsible for customer contact in the organisation dealing with queries from customers and the public. Your role will involve contact over the phone, face-to-face and across digital and social media platforms. You will be responsible for providing accurate and consistent information to customers and the public ensuring that first time resolution levels are maximised
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be educated to A-level or equivalent or have at least 3 years experience of customer service or providing service to the public. You must have experience in dealing with people on the telephone, face to face or on digital channels. You must also have experience with administrative processes and experience working in a team.
