Your New Company 
Kelly Services are working in partnership with a leading provider of products and services that support independent living. They are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Coalville on a temporary to permanent basis.

Your New Role
As an experienced Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for processing sales orders and dealing with stock queries. You will be dealing with a broad spectrum of customer queries, liaising with service users and arranging delivery or collection of equipment. You will be promoting a positive image and realistic expectation to all customers and demonstrating excellent customer care skills.

What you will need 
You will need to have 1 year experience in Customer Service, you will also have good IT and administration skills, being able to use multiple systems and update customer entries onto the database. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. This client also offer a range of benefits including childcare vouchers and 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

Benefits
In return the client offer an hourly rate of £8.05 on a temporary basis.  This client also offer a range of benefits including childcare vouchers and 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. The hours of work are Monday-Friday between the hours of 8.30am-4.30pm and 9.00am-5.00pm.
