Your new role
Day to day you will process customer orders offering support and advice on products as well as resolving queries and complaints. You will liaise with the warehouse regarding stock keeping the customer informed through to delivery. As you will be working within a team you will have a flexible approach and take on other tasks which will include updating their website.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong proven customer administration skills with recent office based experience is essential along with attention to detail with good English, both written and spoken. You will possess good IT skills with current experience in Word and Excel. Being in a team, you will have a flexible approach and be happy to assist any other colleagues or take on different tasks. Professional and with a positive attitude you will offer an engaging and customer focused manner in order to deliver excellent customer service.
