Our Peterborough based client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing business relationships with a variety of customers across the UK.

You will provide ongoing administrative support as well as communicating with them on a regular basis via email and telephone.

We are seeking a strong and confident communicator who ideally has experience of working within Insurance or Financial Services. Knowledge of the current FCA regulations and DPA is highly advantageous but not essential.

You must be a confident communicator who is able to manage conversations. At times, you will have to discuss quite sensitive subjects so you must be able to demonstrate empathy and offer support to all customers.

This is a varied and rewarding role. You will work alongside a small team of experienced professionals who will offer ongoing support and guidance.


• Provide administrative support to customers across the UK

• Handle any documents that come into the business

• Process new applications and customer claims

• Maintain contact with clients, via email and telephone

• Update internal systems and accurately log all work completed

• Support colleagues with daily activities

• Take incoming calls and support colleagues with more complex customer queries

This is a varied role and would be a fantastic opportunity for someone to move into a more dynamic office role. You will be given your own responsibilities, you will manage your own customers and you will work closely with an experienced and driven customer support team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, due to the location of this business, a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial. For more information, please apply directly.
