6 month temporary Customer service advisor role based in Bournemouth


Receiving inbound customer service calls
Call handling, receiving calls from Social Housing tenants regarding service & repairs for Gas and Heating systems.
Planning and scheduling of Engineers workload (Pilot system)
Ordering materials for the Engineers
Liaising with Engineers
Processing internal email queries from the housing partnership.
Booking appointments and general admin and customer service duties

Previous telephone based Customer Service experience
Good telephone manner, good team player.
Mon-Fri: 8.00am-5pm
Based in Christchurch
