Our client, a well established, family ran business based on the out skirts of Bristol, have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Administrator to join their busy and expanding sales team. You will be responsible for working in a team of 6 and providing administrative support for 4 account managers. This will be a busy and varied role and will involve building relationships with internal employees in order to help grow the sales line.

-To liaise with the account managers to perform various admin tasks quickly and accurately
-Respond to incoming calls and emails
-Assist with the day to day customer queries passed on form the account managers
-Assist in new customer set ups
-Maintain accurate customer price lists
-Processing information in the database
-High level of customer service
-Ability to work in a demanding environment
-Excellent ability to communicate effectively
