Customer Acquisition Manager
The Customer Acquisition Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will develop strategies and initiatives to scale this key product. The successful candidate will understand the tools needed to drive growth within an early stage tech company and constantly test and learn to improve performance of campaigns.
The Customer Acquisition Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
-Owning and driving the customer value proposition across all channels both online and offline
-Driving performance campaigns to deliver customer growth
-Work with various internal teams and external agencies to execute key digital campaigns
-Conducting channel optimisation and testing
-Driving insight to key stakeholders within the business
-Co-ordinating the b2c content strategy
The Customer Acquisition Manager / Growth Marketing Manager must:
-Be data centric and constantly look to test and repeat campaigns
-Have excellent marketing campaign management skills - from ideas to delivery
-Be customer centric
-Have worked for an early stage business and helped to scale a user base
-Be a strong influencer and hold the skills to management stakeholders effectively
-Be comfortable working in a fast changing environment
