We have an exciting opportunity for an available immediately enthusiastic Customer Account Manager to this prestigious business based in Solihull on a permanent basis.

As a Customer Account Manager, your role will involve liaising with your own portfolio of clients on a weekly basis to manage their orders, so a warm and confident personality alongside a polished and articulate telephone manner is essential. For this role, you will need to be always one step ahead of the game, spotting opportunities to cross sell other client services.

With similar experience you will have an established track record of managing client and customer queries, upselling on products, and exceeding targets. You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with corporate clients over the phone with ease. You will also be vigilant when speaking with clients identifying areas to upsell on products.

You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets; you will also need experience working in a telephone or web based role where you will have spotted opportunities for further client account development.
