Customer Account Manager

Our client is based in central Norwich and is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join their team of account managers.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with incoming calls from existing customers and new enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating Sage customer database
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers
  • Upselling/cross-selling new products etc.
  • Producing quotes
  • Creating various regular reports
  • Ad hoc Administration
  • General account management

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous customer-facing experience
  • The ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Proactive approach to sales
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Quick learner
