This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced account manager who knows how to deliver exceptional levels of customer service, can identify new business opportunities to refer to the Sales Manager, can effectively communicate verbally in a phone based role and demonstrate a solid understanding of what it takes to build new client relationships as well as grow existing ones.

If you are an entry level candidate with minimum experience in account management and would like a change of career, then all applications will be considered as long as you are process driven, have excellent communication skills and can effectively demonstrate an understanding and ability of what it takes to grow new and established client relationships.

Based in modern offices, located just outside of Lancaster city centre and handy for the M6, the successful candidate will be a key member of their talented and close knit team handling inbound client enquiries as well as making outbound calls to existing clients in order to develop relationships and provide solutions to initial enquiries.

Your role is to support the Business Manager who is key in winning new business and increasing client base for the company. You will be integral in supporting them in cultivating the relationships and ensuring that the clients are satisfied in the service that they are receiving – dealing with enquiries at all levels and passing on any new business leads/opportunities the New Business Manager where necessary.

In turn, this will help them achieve bonus, which means a bonus for you!

In return, the company will offer a competitive salary of between £16,000 and £20,000 per annum depending on experience, free parking and access to training of your choice that can help progress your career within the firm.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday flexi time (any time between the hours of 8am and 6pm)
Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
