Customer Account Manager

A well-established Healthcare Finance Company in Amersham is looking to recruit experienced customer service account managers. The company provides an exceptional service to consultants working in the private sector and experiences high growth year on year.

You will be the main point of contact for a number of accounts and be responsible for ensuring these are managed to a high level of customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will have the ability to process high volume transactions whilst maintaining an exceptional level of service to the customer.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Customer Services: ensuring all accounts receive a high level of care by liaising with external contacts via phone and email.

  • Responding and resolving any queries in a timely fashion.

  • Accounts: creating billing, allocating incoming payments, managing aged debt, reconciliations and reporting.

Ideally, applicants will possess the following skills & qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service

  • Good numeracy skills and/or finance experience

  • Experience of high volume transactions

  • Attention to detail is paramount

  • Good problem solving ability

  • Works well under pressure

  • Minimum excellent GCSE grades

Wellness health policy after successful completion of probation. Salary negotiable, depending on age and experience.
