Customer Account Manager - About The Role:

  • Daily identification, nurturing and closing of new sales opportunities within a defined account base
  • Constantly build a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities
  • Regularly review/analyse accounts to understand growth opportunities for new lines of business
  • Continuously engaging with customers making them aware of suitable products, services and solutions available to meet their needs
  • Two week intense training on knowledge of all products and solutions
  • The chance to build your own portfolio with the company

Customer Account Manager - About You:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in IT Industry
  • Experienced at both New Business & Account management
  • Ability to present to High-level management
  • Confidence and tenacity with the ability to remain calm and determined after setbacks
  • A winning attitude and proven track record in succeeding and exceeding targets
  • Time management skills and able to cope well within a pressurised sales environment
