This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join a world leading aviation engineering business. You will need to have previous experience and/or knowledge of the aerospace industry. This will also need to be combined with a good commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
The Customer Account Manager will be a key member of the Account Management team, which will be responsible for managing the commercial and technical elements of the fleet operations. You will help provide planning (financial and engineering), engine maintenance forecasting combined with top-notch customer service.

Customer Account Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working within a customer centric position
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry
- Degree qualified within a relevant engineering area
- Commercially astute
- Ability to travel internationally (not regular)
- A second language (such as French) would be beneficial
