Our client, a well-known global sports brand, has a new opportunity for a customer account executive in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor to join a well-recognised, international business and support their customers with enquiries, membership renewals and other business queries.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer support
- Handling all customer calls in a confident, friendly manner
- Maintaining a strong level of product knowledge as to assist customers and ensure a high level of customer care
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in a telephone-based role would be advantageous
