Duties will include:
*Taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries on products and deliveries, ensuring the highest level of service at all times.
*Processing up to 20 customer orders accurately on a daily basis on the internal database
*Responsible for your own customer key accounts all over the UK
*Liaising with sales representatives to solve any customer issues
*Recognising business growth opportunities, upselling products to existing & lapsed clients
*All other administration duties relevant to the role
This office based role will require the candidate to have a good background in customer service and experience in developing relationships. Furthermore, it is essential that the candidate is a team player, has the motivation to meet targets and possess a confident and professional phone manner.
