Customer Account Executive - up to £24K p.a. + bonus

In this role, you are the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently. You will be continually maintaining and developing customer relationships and pro-actively managing service levels by investigating, reporting and proposing actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and building strong client relationships

  • Dealing with daily phone/email enquires and providing relevant product information

  • Reporting on SLA to customers by providing operational, KPI and service analysis reports

  • Assisting with the generation of accurate daily forecasts

  • Resolving and logging customer complaints and invoice queries

  • Maintaining and updating information on internal CRM system

  • Analysing service levels, cost saving opportunities and creating ad-hoc reports

  • Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous experience within an office based customer service / similar role is essential

  • Client focused with the ability to deliver excellent customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to handle complaints

  • Ability to build customer relationships, make decisions & problem solve

  • Good MS Office skills - particularly Excel and ability to use automated systems and generate reports

  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines

  • A good team player, able to support other members within the team

  • A car driver with their own transport is essential for this role
