Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, a key member of the senior management team having overall accountability for leading the development of National Accounts for my client, working with the Leadership Team to develop the idverde strategy to grow revenues and profit, particularly in the Private Sector. To work in collaboration with the Strategic Development Director and all Managing Directors to put in place appropriate Marketing strategies and techniques to generate leads through to conversion and account management. To act as lead contact for the existing and new National Account portfolio, managing a team of Account Managers and liaising with Operational colleagues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and proactive conversion of all sales opportunities
Highly experienced senior manager with at least 5 years experience at director level * Experience of developing and managing Multi site/professional clients, particularly in the Private Sector * Specific proven track record of winning, implementing and maintaining new contracts * First class motivational and management skills * Strong relationship building skills * High level of numeracy and financial awareness * Highly proficient in IT (Word, Excel, Powerpoint in particular)
