Falkirk Council and Falkirk Community Trust currently applies a living wage supplement to all employees earning less than £8.51 per hour. The value of the living wage supplement is subject to regular review by the Council and the Trust, is non-contractual and can be changed at any time.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual person to assist in our new soft play that has opened in September 2018.

Do you have a passion for working with children, a talent for inspiring children to have fun and a gift for delivering the best soft play and party experience possible?

Your role will be to make sure our customers receive excellent customer service at all times, in order to deliver high standards in our new and exciting venture for the Trust.

You should have previous experience of working with children in a soft play environment. You should be able to work with minimum supervision and communicate with customers and parents. You should be able to demonstrate teamwork and have an understanding of good housekeeping.

• Experience of working with children
• A current First Aid Qualification
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

The successful candidate will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1 July 2011.

You will receive a generous benefits package which includes free membership of our health and fitness services.

You will work 20 hours per week, Monday – Sunday shift rota

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
