CT0853 - Cashier/Clerical Assistant
The community sports team administrative team take bookings and enquiries for a wide range of leisure and sporting venues across the Falkirk area and is based at Grangemouth Stadium.
Your duties won’t just include taking bookings by telephone and at the reception, dealing with general enquiries, serving customers, cash handling, operating a “front of house” system or maintaining records, Its much more!
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering great customer service. You’re the start of our customer journey from their first telephone call or email. You will be obtaining customer information, verifying availability of facilities, determining suitability by comparing venue information to the customer’s requirements, confirming pricing, explaining processes, answering questions, and providing information about our venues. You will complete sales and develop on going customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate good skills in communication, problem-solving, teamwork, customer focus including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Applicants need to be computer-literate, although training in specific company software will be given.
You will work 30 hours per week.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
