The skills you’ll need:
Firstsource are looking for people who are motivated to succeed. It would be great if you already had telephony experience, or experience in a role where you build fantastic customer relationships, but these skills are not essential. What’s vital is your dedication and passion when it comes to helping customers, we can teach you the rest!
We invest heavily in training our staff to be the best they can be. You will spend 7 weeks in a comprehensive training programme perfecting your techniques and gaining as much knowledge as you can.
You will have on going coaching and support to enhance your development. When you’re ready we’ll help you take your career to the next level.
We’ll reward you
You’ll join on a competitive salary of £17550 (£9 per hour) but that’s not all:
  • You will have full use of an onsite gym and multi story car park
  • You can have breaks in our subsidised canteen, including a costa coffee, or chill in one of our break out rooms.
  • You will have 29 days holiday to use, and you will get an extra day annual leave for every year you are with the company
