A returning client of Reed in Staines have approached us to assist with their latest piece of recruitment. I am recruiting for an experienced Technical support advisor to join their growing team.

Working in an SLA and pressurised environment, you will be required to provide customer support for the range of products this company specialises in and supporting the sales objectives of the organisation. In addition you will be responsible for first line response calls and logging the initial query. Trying to resolve the issue and reporting any faults. You will also be assisting with data gathering.

Ideal candidate will be / have:
- Experience working as customer service/call centre agent,
- Experience within a technical support role,
- Comfortable working independently and without supervision.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Flexible approach to work and able to take a logical approach to problem solving.
- Passionate about supporting customers.

Monday to Friday - £20,000 - £22,000
