CRM Strategist - the Role

  • You will work to optimise this major brand's customer journey, ensuring touch-points are as seamless and engaging as possible
  • You will provide actionable data insights for various stakeholders across this global business
  • You will work with C-Level stakeholders to implement your recommendations

CRM Strategist - Your Skills

  • You will have 5+ year's experience working in marketing
  • You will have experience working with large, varied data-sets in a CRM/marketing context
  • You'll have excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to drive your ideas past stakeholders
