CRM Marketing Manager

I'm currently recruiting for a CRM Marketing Manager to join an ever expanding team within the Property sector.

The Role

• Overarching management of all CRM, Automation and email technologies, ensuring marketing campaign success

• Management of B2B Loyalty and Rewards platform, linking this to our CRM strategy

• Sales Funnel Data and Quality Management

• Working with marketing & MI data, design and build reports to identify trends and behaviours to support go to market decisions

• Provision data for new campaigns & support in-life campaigns

• Scrutinising data and its origins to ensure accuracy

• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimise marketing team performance

• Work alongside the wider Marketing team to deliver relevant and engaging content

The Person

• Demonstrable experience of implementing CRM and automation platforms

• Thorough understanding of using CRM principles to drive multi-channel marketing communication

• Experience in creating and maintaining efficient CRM communication workflow

• Line Management skills with demonstrable experience, and a willingness to develop direct reports and wider marketing team

• Logical and proactive approach to problem solving

• The aptitude to communicate clearly and concisely with a diverse audience in both oral and written context

• Effective co-ordination skills to assist in managing marketing projects

• Capable of setting work priorities and working towards team and personal goals

• The ability to plan ahead and adapt to changing situations

• Demonstrable understanding of Marketing concepts, risks and methodologies.
