CRM Marketing Manager

Our client, an e-commerce retail business, are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join their busy team, in this fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have CRM marketing experience preferably from a retail background with good commercial awareness. The role will also require good practical knowledge about general CRM/ email marketing principles and technical knowledge regarding data set up.

Duties:

Manage the CRM contact strategy through the delivery of weekly newsletters and lifecycle communications in order to deliver incremental website visits, orders and revenue
Provide extensive CRM campaign reporting to improve content, frequency and segmentation
Monitor CRM industry innovations and best practice to continually improve the CRM programme
Manage data feeds and set up via IT and ESP, optimising with new programmes
Manage the CRM Executive to ensure all campaigns are built, approved, proofed and executed correctly, and to ensure CRM KPI's are driven through all relevant channels
Work closely with the ESP on the behavioural/lifecycle communications through email and SMS to continually improve and review our automated communications to customers, along with identifying new campaign opportunities
Manage ESP to ensure optimum service delivery
Support Head of Customer Retention with brand partnership opportunities and development of analytics tool

3-4 years experience working in a CRM role, preferably in retail or consumer marketing with a passion for engaging customers
Very data driven and have a sound understanding and interpretation of campaign data
Have a good technical CRM knowledge/background to optimise CRM programme
Previous experience of managing multiple CRM campaigns through digital channels, including data planning, briefing, creative development, campaign execution and analysis
A good degree of commercial nous - with good numerical and analytic skills with an ability to analyse extensive data and commercially evaluate activity and complete results reports

Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with an email service provider tool is essential
