CRM Market Manager Iberia (Flexible on your Country/Region experience) - 25% travel
Up to £300 per day - Closing date: Monday 13th January 2020 @ 9am
The CRM Market Manager will be the dedicated market lead for CRM Commnications which includes trade, life cycle and loyalty communications for Iberia. This pivotal role is accountable for end to end delivery of communications, in market test & learn delivery, performance reporting and continuous improvement to deliver engaging and compelling customer conversations which drive revenue, customer value, loyalty and frequency.
It is essential you have Email Marketing experience including significant exposure to Email Service Providers and of managing such relationships (ideally Responsys). Extensive experience of customer communication management gained within a multi-channel retailer or agency supporting multi-channel retailers is required as is using an email deployment tool and understanding of HTML and responsive code. You will also have strong analytical skills - comfortable with pulling and reporting email results/analysis and proficient in using web/business analytics tools. Experience with test, analyse and then implementation is important as is copy writing with a passion for compelling subject lines and engaging content.
As you you will be managing the Iberian region, Spanish language skills would be advantageous but this is not essential.
