Working with one of Europe's biggest retail holding companies, you will have the opportunity to scope, grow and exercise CRM campaigns for multiple business units across the organisation.

THE ROLE

By using campaign analytical tools such as Adobe Campaigns, you will help to deploy campaigns through a range of channels using segmentation and innovative content to foster customer personalisation and company ROI. Working closely with the customer insights team you can help to fuel the brands European expansion and ultimately have a great influence in optimising campaign performance, by targeting the right customers with personalised communications.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Your skills and experience will ideally include the following:

  • Salesforce
  • Comfortable engaging and presenting to stakeholders
  • Customer focused
  • 3-5 years of relevant CRM experience
  • Experience of data driven marketing
