CRM Manager

As CRM Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Customer & Brand Marketing Team as well as the Head of Online Marketing to identify opportunities to communicate with customers through email.
  • Building and owning the global email plan that shows a clear contact cycle for the brand.
  • Writing engaging email copy that customers will want to read.
  • Building and executing automated email programmers to the highest standards.

  • Experience in a CRM or email role within Fashion, Beauty or Retail.
  • Strong experience in working with marketing automation tools.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
