Job Type: Full Time – Permanent – 37.5 Hours

The National Osteoporosis Society (NOS) is the only UK wide charity committed to ending the pain and suffering caused by osteoporosis and broken bones – and we are changing apace!

We are seeking to recruit a skilled CRM professional to join our team at an exciting point in the charity’s digital journey. Reporting to the Head of Digital, this is a new role which will be the main point of contact and be accountable for the charity’s CRM system, MS Dynamics 365 CRM.

From research, design, testing to implementation and ongoing operational support you will have the proven ability to effectively project manage the full life cycle of implementation/releases of the CRM system.

As our CRM Manager you will have excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills. These will be coupled with meticulous attention to detail, and balanced with a positive, proactive and engaging attitude that thrives on working within a supportive team.
