Trust in Soda is working with an eCommerce Giant who is looking for a CRM Manager to work with the CRM team to manage the creation and execution of data driven and dynamic retention marketing campaigns. The CRM executive will deliver highly-targeted marketing campaigns, lifecyle triggers, retention and reactivation programs and loyalty building communication by managing/executing day-to-day activities of email and push marketing.

Experience Required:

  • Solid CRM marketing experience (Email/Push notification/SMS) at a digital agency or in-house
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar CRM platform
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative within Marketing but also cross-functionally
  • Geared towards fast action and iteration
  • Ability to analyse data and utilise it to develop strategic initiatives
  • Highly organised, proactive but with an attentive to detail
  • Very strong execution skills
  • Up to speed with industry trends and thinks on how to apply these to our CRM program
  • Retail / Ecommerce industry experience preferred (pureplay industry experience would be ideal)
  • 3+ years CRM experience
