CRM Manager



Harnham are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to work for a leading marketing agency based in Central London. You will work with one client, a global retailer, a manage their campaigns end to end. There is a broad remit to this role, from being a key part of the CRM Strategy to to understanding the customer from the time they activate through to when they churn and become dormant.


  • Create and execute marketing campaigns
  • analyse data to measure and optimise campaigns
  • Be a wider part of CRM strategy


  • A University Degree in a numerate discipline e.g. Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce, Silverpop or similar tool
  • Experience working with stakeholders in order to produce actionable insights


As a CRM Manager, you can expect to earn up to £55,000
