In this role of CRM Manager, you will devise and implement the CRM strategy for the company as well as own their custom-made CRM system. You will be responsible for full customer lifecycle and all of the communications channels: SMS, email, direct mail, push notifications.

My client is a mobile-first company revolutionising the world of social sport betting.

You will be perfect for this role of CRM Manager if you:

  • Come from social gaming/betting background
  • Are innovative in your approach to CRM
  • Have very strong knowledge of omni-channel CRM
  • Have demonstrable numerical and analytical skills (you should love Excel)
  • Are a hustler (and love the start-up environment)
