Duties will include
·Working within the development team you will be responsible for driving the development of the CRM (SAP).
·Owning and responsibility for developing and delivering a robust CRM strategy that can grow customer Loyalty, retention and acquisition.
·Produce measurable, reportable and optimised results through testing and effective communication with all departments.
Skills and experience required
·Be degree educated and have evidential experience in a similar role.
·Experience in digital and direct marketing requiring customer acquisition, retention strategy performance.
·Have strong communication skills.
·Have great time management and organisation skills.
·Ability to make commercial decisions with confidence.
