Responsible for the CRM executive, you will develop and execute an effective CRM strategy that is responsive to trends and events. Alongside this, a recently launched loyalty program will be yours to manage and carry forward, maintaining its success in driving revenue.
This is an excellent role for someone who can manage multiple CRM projects whilst maintaining the luxury standard that the company expects.
*Creating and managing the CRM strategy, ensuring the stakeholder communication is maximised.
*Working closely with other teams in the business to drive the loyalty programmes performance.
*Overseeing and managing the email calendar ensuring communication is on brand and delivered on time.
*Ensuring the email calendar is responsive to events and seasonal trends.
*Build the loyalty programme driving performance and customer sign up by working with PR, Marketing and Content teams to deliver engaging content, events and rewards.
*Providing a seamless luxury experience across the CRM strategy.
*Regular reports and analysis to ensure all teams are up to date on CRM performance.
