Up to £55,000 + Benefits

A leading international gaming company is looking for an experienced, data-driven, CRM analyst to join their expanding team as a CRM Manager. In this role you will be responsible for analysis of customer direct contact strategies, and, in turn delivering data-driven insights to internal stakeholders, as well as leading a small team.

Duties and Responsibilities - CRM Manager

  • Design, plan and execute the targeting of customers through the company's targeted multichannel marketing programme
  • Working closely with multiple CRM teams to optimise direct customer contact strategies
  • Provide accurate and relevant insights to support business objectives and help inform key decisions
  • Understand and track customer journeys and behaviours
  • Forecast, monitor and review the performance of this targeted marketing programme - reporting to senior finance and commercial stakeholders
  • Work closely with other internal marketing teams to aid the development of new programs as well as improving current programmes

Skills and Qualifications - CRM Manager

  • University degree in a numerate discipline - mathematics, statistics, engineering etc
  • Experience managing retention channels such as emails, push notifications etc
  • Strong commercial marketing awareness and ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Keen eye for detail on data related issues and take initiative for resolving them
  • Ability to carry out a role within the team, as well as working independently to meet tight deadlines
