CRM Manager - eCommerce/ Fashion - High Growth - Share Options
I have recently partnered with a leading eCommerce retailer, specialising in women's clothing. My client are looking to grow out their marketing team considerably in the next year- and are currently looking for a CRM Manager. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of this area!
*Work closely with both the Customer & Brand Marketing team and Head of Online Marketing to identify areas of opportunity to communicate with customers through email, and ensure content requirements to support CRM are captured in the content plan
*Build and own the global email plan that shows a clear contact cycle for customers across key markets and customer segments
*Engage key stakeholders in market, incorporating any market localisations into email plan to ensure relevance for the local customer
*Write engaging email copy that customers will want to read
*Build and execute automated email programmes to the highest standards and incorporating email best practice (e.g. mobile-first)
*Be an expert in marketing automation platforms across both email and mobile to support global marketing campaigns as well as lifecycle communications
*Keep abreast of industry developments, bringing any opportunities back to the business to increase email performance
*Develop relevant engagement and commercial KPIs for email, with clear metrics that show email effectiveness and contribution to growth
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
*Skilled in technical CRM (e.g. deliverability, SPAM triggers)
*Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred
*Well-organised, logical and efficient with outstanding project and stakeholder management skills
*Self-starter with an ambitious spirit, able to handle parallel work streams resourcefully and at pace, working both independently and collaboratively
*Process-driven with strong attention to detail
*Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
*Ideally from a retail/ fashion background.
