My client is a leading Retailer and is looking for a CRM Loyalty Campaign Executive to work across their brands to support their email planning, building and delivery as well as ongoing management and support of their reward programme.
You will be responsible for the management of the clients email marketing calendar working closely with trading and brand teams to prioritise and ensure timely execution. You will oversee and manage the entire email campaign process from workflow set up to scheduling using Adobe Campaign. You will support ongoing development and implementation of the client's reward programme.
You will have experience as a CRM Executive or Email Marketing with experience with loyalty programme management. You will have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ideally have worked within a retail environment.
