My client are globally recognised name in the Food / FoodTech industry and due to the successful transition from a start-upp to up being very established they are team they are now looking for a CRM Lifecycle Manager to join their team and lead their life-cycle campaigns.
As CRM Manager you will be responsible for turning the current data and identifying immediate area's in which the overall lifecycle of the customer isn't being exploited to it's fullest. You will work closely with the data teams, be very analytical and deliver a 'best in class' customer journey based on continual customer subscription and loyalty. Understanding the psychology of the customer is key in this role and will give you allow you to work on some of the industries most advanced campaigns with the result in uplift of customer satisfaction and retention
To apply you will have previous experience within a CRM role where you have worked across mulit-channel CRM including app, mobile, SMS and email. You will be passionate about the customer and have experience with identifying and enhancing customer journeys through improving life cycles.
