CRM/IT Administrator and Trainer

SF Group are looking to recruit an IT Systems Administrator and Educator for a Client in B15. This role will pay £31,000 - £38,000. The IT Systems Administrator & Educator is responsible for the daily administration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, this includes record generation, maintenance, cleansing and reporting. The Education aspect of this role plans, implements IT System employee education and maintains supporting documentation. The Educator will also serve as a resource for other IT Systems such as the Microsoft 365 platform and in-house developed Oracle applications.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • CRM system record generation and maintenance covering all operational divisions
  • Lease with Contracting teams to capture the CRM record requirements for future category areas a.k.a. Contracting Calendars
  • Generate bespoke CRM reporting on request to support the operational divisions
  • Plan and conduct IT system related employee education sessions
  • Assess employee education needs and develop training material to suit
  • Develop IT Systems education evaluating process to drive a culture of Continuous Improvement
  • Works in conjunction with IT Development to ensure new process and applications are suitably documented and that all employee receive training and education
  • Maintain IT system educational media i.e. Process Flow diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures, SharePoint Wiki Sites and 'Brainshark' presentations
  • Utilise available standardised courses and deploy as applicable
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

  • Organisation - follows department development standards and change control processes. Actively builds technical knowledge by taking advantage of internal team mentoring and attending professional development opportunities
  • Communication - communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to effectively speak in public settings
  • Tactical execution - demonstrates personal ownership of tasks and follows through to get the required results in the established timeframe
  • Interpersonal skills - able to work effectively with other employees, patients and external parties
  • Customer orientation - establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Policies & Procedures - demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies, procedures and systems
  • Advanced PC skills - demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems such as Salesforce and others as required
  • Basic skills - able to perform basic mathematical calculation, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate and spell properly and transcribe accurately


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements


  • Minimum 2 years' training experience
  • Minimum 3-4 years' relevant I.T Systems experience required
  • Relevant education may substitute experience requirements
