CRM Executive will ideally be experienced in CRM software such as InterAction and Vuture.
- Maintaining and developing the Contact Relationship Management System – InterAction
- Managing Vuture the CRM integrated
- Reporting on data for the firm’s events and client comms
- Mailings of newsletters and events
- Developing the sophistication of the firm’s CRM system
- Assisting with the data and analytics aspect of the Key Programmes
- Extracting data and preparing reports and statistics
- Increasing the quality of data through research
- Supporting the client survey process to be implemented in 2018
- Experience gained in the legal sector is desirable but not essential, Professional Services will be considered.
- Knowledge of Contact Relationship Management systems, InterAction is desirable
- Knowledge of email tool systems – preferably Vuture and/or Concep and their integration with InterAction
- Knowledge of data integrity systems such as checking against MPS, DataHQ and so on.
