Client: My client is a market leading online travel agent with a nationwide presence and currently experiencing major YOY growth.
Role: They are looking for a self-motivated and forward-thinking CRM Executive with a passion for digital marketing to join the marketing team (currently a group of 12 people) based in Hammersmith. This role would be suited to a junior digital marketier with a background in CRM, email marketing, customer loyalty and campaign management.
About the role:
Take ownership of the email production - campaign management planning, execution to reporting and implementing recommendations and new ideas.
Improve the quality of email communications ensuring brand TOV guidelines are followed and that email production is consistent, timely and relevant dependent on user and seasonality.
To assist in the building of and execution of an extensive cross channel CRM strategy.
A strong foundation knowledge of CRM
A strong understanding of Email Marketing
Excellent experience with Microsoft Excel and ideally knowledge of some of the following platforms: ExactTarget, Cheetah mail, RedEye, Dotmailer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
