An excellent opportunity exists for a CRM Database Executive to join a leading international property consultancy, providing services across all property sectors. The role holder will assist the residential group in driving business through the use of high quality data.
The main objective of the role is to work with the B2C marketing teams, segmenting contact data for all their direct marketing campaigns, putting in place a data management plan for the residential CRM system and subsequently working with the business to implement the plan. Acting as the main point of contact for data management for the residential business, the successful candidate will report to the Senior CRM Database Executive and will promote data quality best practice within the business. The CRM Database Executive will be tasked with developing and implementing a data management plan which will include identifying and changing processes to ensure better structures are in place for the on-going maintenance of data. You will need to monitor the quality of data input, identifying key areas for improvement, and both produce data quality reports and maintain a league table of user performance. Cleansing incorrect data, de-duplication and the production of cleansed mailing lists for marketing campaigns will form an important part of the role.
You must be university degree educated or equivalent and have previous experience of developing and implementing data management plans whilst working in a professional services environment. SQL and Excel knowledge and experience are essential, whilst CRM database, particularly Reapit database experience, is advantageous. Highly numerate, with strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail, the CRM Database Executive will enjoy working under pressure to meet deadlines and must possess the ability to build strong relationships across the business and to express complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
