A rapidly growing, multi-billion pound entertainment business that utilises cutting edge technology and every available media channel, is now seeking a highly numerate, CRM Data Analyst to join their expanding team.
Working closely with the Conversion Optimisation Manager and sitting within the BI team, you will be performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the different marketing campaigns within the brand. Being responsible for reporting on key metrics and analysis, reading between the lines to spot trends and providing recommendations based on the data available.
The successful candidate will be implementing measurement strategies that align with the objectives of the business as well as producing meaningful KPI dashboards, and delivering performance reports. In addition to this, analysing online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys and multi-channel attribution across all products
To be considered for this role you must;
-Have experience working within a digital marketing/business intelligence environment.
-Be proficient in extracting and manipulating large datasets using either SQL/MicroStrategy/Tableau/Excel.
-Be experienced working with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Although not essential, experience or interest in Poker or across similar verticals, would be considered highly advantageous. As well as knowledge of GTM and DoubleClick.
