CRM Coordinator

One of the world's top US law firms is looking for a CRM Coordinator to join their BD team. This team is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the information systems, and the management of data within such systems. Responsibilities will include management of change tickets, creating and updating system folders, reporting, dealing with issues relating to InterAction and providing advice on best practice.

Candidates must have worked within a legal/professional services environment, and must have solid experience of database management using a CRM system (ideally InterAction). Strong data analysis and excellent communication skills are essential. A Marketing degree, a knowledge of digital marketing and some exposure to project management is highly desirable.
