Below is some guidance the skills we are looking for:
*Implementing customer relationship processes and procedures in a large organisations, ideally in HE and ideally with regards to external engagement including research, academic partnerships, corporate engagement, corporate sponsorship, student engagement (recruitment, current students and alumni, professional practice experience, projects, career fairs, placements), commercialisation and IP (Strategic investment areas such as medical research), public, community and cultural engagement both locally, nationally and globally.
*Analysing an organisation to understand how engagement takes place and where information is recorded
*Culture change that is required to implement organisational external engagement
*Organisational structures to support external engagement
*Engaging with existing staff and reviewing their roles and responsibilities with regards to external engagement
*Mapping all current relationships and aligning to a new approach to external engagement.
*Developing policies, processes, procedures, practices, culture, roles and responsibilities to fit a new way of working
*Developing business cases to support the changes and technology solutions to support the new way of working
*Developing a staff development programme to embed the changes
*Translating the policies, processes, and procedures into requirements and supporting a CRM implementation
*Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics
