DESCRIPTION

  • Responsibility for providing and managing a strategic CRM Marketing plan, in alignment with the overall UK Marketing strategy
  • Deliver a full CRM strategy across all channels working with both the CRM system (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms for different marketing programmes, campaigns and events
  • Provide insight into the client contact database to the business and drive growth of the base with a focus on new customers, retention and reactivation
  • Provide full ROI analysis on all elements of the CRM strategy, identifying and developing CRM reports, providing insight to the wider Marketing team

BACKGROUND

  • Must have CRM & Marketing Automation Platforms Experience e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua
  • 2-4 years B2B marketing experience, ideally in the I.T services area
  • Process orientated - competent in reporting and handling data
  • Adapts to changing circumstances and new information that impacts goals and plans
