The Consumer Imaging Group (CIG) is focused on developing a special relationship with its consumers and leveraging it to grow our understanding of the base and optimising marketing opportunities for Canon imaging products and services. This encompasses developing the organization's ability to collect, analyse and apply in its decision-making customer, prosumer and consumer data.
We’re looking for a curious and innovative CRM Campaign Specialists that can collaborate across the business to drive forward our CRM activity. We have 2 roles available managing our lifecycle communications, Early Life and X-sell. Be the lead on planning, creative development, implementation and optimisation of these lifecycle communications, including prospecting, welcome, early life, lead management, DSLR X-sell, accessories X-sell and more. The roles cover multiple European markets and language variants.
Previous experience of implementing lifecycle communications is essential, as well as technical and data management understanding. We’ve recently implemented Salesforce and will start to incorporate multiple channels into the lifecycle journey’s.
One of these roles will also be responsible for our Winback strategy.

As the CRM Campaign Specialist your key responsibilities will be:
Owning and managing the end to end process of a variety of CRM campaign strategies
Driving the Marketing Strategy and Planning for your business area
Growing and monetising the base while improving the quality and depth of customer information
Managing key agencies and third parties effectively
Championing the CRM within the organisation
Managing, working and influencing stakeholders across the business: data and analytics, campaign and channel marketing, ecommerce, customer experience, content and pro-marketing
