My client are globally recognised name in the Food / FoodTech industry and due to the successful transition from a start-upp to up being very established they are team they are now looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to drive the yearly campaign communcations.
As the CRM Campaign Manager you will be responsible for the yearly campaign calendar including seasonal updates, content and will be driving all campaigns with brand in mind. You will also be responsible for driving new product launches which is very frequent and constantly be in touch with the customer through a variety of CRM channels covering email, sms, push and direct mail. This role will have a huge focus on retention and re-activation of consumers.
To apply you will have previous experience within a CRM role where you have worked across mulit-channel CRM including app, mobile, SMS, email and content. You will have worked on a similar campaign role where you have been instrumental in the launch of seasonal campaigns and new product launches. You will be passionate about the customer and have experience with identifying and enhancing customer journeys through improving life cycles.
