Our client is looking to appoint a CRM & Social Media Specialist to join the team to be responsible for retention, activation and customer management with a strong onus on social media and email channels. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a highly entreprenerial ecommerce business who have are doubling in size and expect to be up to 500 staff by 2020.
You will be responsible for taking responsibility for developing a customer first CRM strategy and deliver engaging campaigns across social media, email and also the onsite experience where required.
This role will require someone who can combine a data centric approach, strong creative skills and ability to build relationshionships across insights and product teams.
To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:
- Strong digital marketing background ideally within an ecommerce environment.
- Strengths and track record in driving crm campaigns and creative social media strategies.
- Hands on content creation skills are essential
- A mix of both strong analytical and creative abilities
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Confident communicator highly organised and can work with senior stakeholders.
