Harnham are seeking an experienced CRM Analyst to work for a market leading financial services company who are looking to better understand their current customers. The position will involve looking at the CRM system and analysing customer behaviour to help inform targeted campaigns and the wider marketing strategy.

YOUR ROLE

  • Creating emails
  • Helping analyse marketing campaigns
  • Using SQL on a daily basis
  • Be a wider part of CRM strategy
  • Be part of a market leading company

YOUR SKILLS

  • A University Degree in a numerate discipline e.g. Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce
  • Experience coding in SQL
  • Experience working with stakeholders in order to produce actionable insights
