CRM Analyst

We are looking for somebody who is able to understand our clients business fully, and be driven to provide revenue-generating reporting, insight and analysis internally and externally. You will be working cross-functional, being a key player in creating sales plays and lead gen campaigns, as well as providing BAU reporting and analysis directly to our Inside Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and manage lead generation and CRM programs.
  • Analyse effectiveness of revenue generating programs
  • Track and report on key business KPI’s
  • Provide input towards the Quarterly and Annual Forecasting process
  • Publish team specific dashboards/balanced scorecards with key metrics and conclusions
  • Work with senior management on sales rep quota preparation and review
  • Producing reconciliations between various data sources and identifying root causes of errors
  • Utilisation of Tableau to help provide automated, self-service reporting to key stakeholders

What you need to do the job?

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in MS Excel (essential), SQL and Tableau (desirable)
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable in creating campaigns and insights based on end user segmentations
  • Demonstrable experience of creating comprehensive reports, analysing trends, and making recommendations based off findings
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
  • An ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets
